Responsible for the recruitment process, the timely delivery of a high volume of candidates and a first rate candidate experience.Key successes· Year on year managed an increasing number of new recruits - within 3 years the volume increased by 400%.· 97% role fill for last completed campaign – which included hot spot areas such as London and Highlands and Islands.· Working with over 26k applications and 110 assessment centres in one campaign· An improved attendance rate from 86% to 91% at assessment centre· Working closely with suppliers and partners to deliver a seamless recruitment process with a focus on zero cost sourcing.

Globalising HR policies and ensuring alignment with their associated processes. Key successes-Reduced the number of global policies from 39 to 22, adopting best practice from across the globe.- Adopted a localisation approach for the light countries in APAC, rolling out the policy to an additional 8 countries.- Lead architect for 6 countries

Working on internal and external activities to support and promote BT’s position with the customer and within the sector.Key Responsibilities- Educating and training the sales team on BT’s BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) capability.- Presenting to the SMT on the status of Project Quill (£535m BPO) to secure resource and funding for the bid.- Managing the pipeline of government propositions over £1m. Forecasting the resource requirements and the cost to bid and qualifying the opportunities.-Successfully completing a PQQ for the Environment Agency Floodline Service where BT was down selected.

Selling BT’s agile working proposition to the RPA and Environments Agency. -including £675k increased revenue through the sale of Enterprise Broadband and an individual £1m sales contribution.
