A qualified retail professional with visual merchandise experience gained from working at the UK's largest Zoo which attracts over 500,000 visitors a year.Compotent in using the following retail and leisure operating systems; Black Baud,Omni,Patrons edge and Futura. My current role has also required me to interview and select fixed term retail staff to cover the zoos peak season. Once selected i have inducted ,trained and developed these staff so they are able to undertake there customer facing duties.Achievements to date include being responsible for the retail offering for the zoos annual christmas grotto which attracts over a 1,400 visitors a week and recently the BBC Deadly sixty weekend which attracted over 19,000 visitors.
