All roles providing high levels of customer service, cash handling & balancing, answering general enquiries. Giving saving, banking and personal lending advice. Business banking, opening accounts, building and developing customer relationships, offering financial advice including investments, pensions, protection, IHT referrals, managing lead providers, self generating leads, staff training and coaching, client retention management, completing detailed applications, fact finds, producing financial reports, working to targets.
