Assisting residents in the Transitional Housing Program and ensuring they are following program requirements. Assists case managers in helping clients complete their transition plan by attending meetings and coordinating with case managers on ways to assist the clients in their transition plan, and to coordinate disciplinary action when applicable. Completing applications with potential residents and attending meetings to decide program fit. Completing associated paperwork when doing applications. Keeping up with admit protocols, exit interviews, and facility maintenance as applicable.

Assists in connecting clients & volunteers with appropriate people and resources and handles various administrative tasks. Handles the service distribution and logs each accordingly. Keeps up with facility maintenance and organization. Encourages clients to use services appropriately and aiding in conflict resolution as applicable.

Assisted with program recruitment by building relationships with local organizations and distributing flyers. Followed up to ensure the information reaches those who would benefit. Plan and deliver weekly lessons for children, customizing activities and games to meet their developmental needs and foster an engaging, supportive learning environment. In addition to teaching, I make mid-week calls to families to offer support, answer questions, and build healthy relationships to help them achieve their goals. Collaborate with team members during weekly meetings to exchange support and clarify any questions.

Keep supervision statuses and ensures the safety of students, assists in resolution of conflict, supports students in completing checklists and chores, assists in transportation of students, and maintains healthy boundaries with students receiving treatment.

Lead one-on-one coaching sessions and small group facilitation and provided instruction, direction, counsel, and feedback to missionaries on specific topics as directed by department leadership.
