These include cases involving birth injuries, developmental delays, acquired brain injuries (ABIs), stroke, genetic disorders, life-limiting conditions, and sensory processing disorders. My repertoire also extends to working with adult clients facing a range of conditions, such as acquired brain injuries, strokes, complex orthopaedic and spinal injuries, amputations, musculoskeletal issues, birth injuries, complex learning disabilities, and sensory processing challenges.Strong leadership abilities, I utilise my expertise to provide support, foster growth, and drive the advancement of organisations. I have actively contributed to operational activities and spearheaded business expansion endeavours, including the formulation of tender proposals.With a proven track record in developing new services, assisting in turnaround projects, and implementing innovative growth strategies, I am well-versed in adhering to regulations set by regulatory bodies such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services, and Skills (Ofsted).My passion for the Health & Social Care sector encompasses all aspects of its operations.
