From DHL sameday I have migrated over to Rico Logistics. My role is to assist the controller on our SPL team multitasking between them and couriers overseeing the job throught out making sure that all parts are collected within kpi and delivered within our service time; any data entry that needs to be done on system accordingly to be completed on time, by running daily reports I insure that this is done and all jobs are completed with our services time. Also solving and problems the courier may have in the process of completing the movement of parts i would be liasing with the SPL customers such as Hewlett packard, Cisco, Alcatel lucient, Nokia, Unify,Sun Oracle, EMC to resolve the matter, and all other adhoc work and customer services.

My role required me to assist the controller, multitasking between them and couriers making sure that all parts are collected and delivered on time; then any data entry that needs to be done on system accordingly to be completed on time. Also dealing with any issues the courier may have Whislt trying to complete the movement of parts, I would be liasing with our account customers such as Hp , Cisco, sun oracle, simens and adhoc customer services.

My role was to manage a team of telephonist dealing with large quantities of calls and bookings in a busy london based courier company and ensuring that all customer queries was dealt with accordingly on a day to day bases any reports emails to be delt with arranging conference meeting interviewing potential staff to join our team.

My role was to manage and monitor the major priority accounts for this company to ensure their work was collected and delivered around the UK. I dealt with all their customer queries and complaints and all the driver queries. I produced quotes for their work requested. I used excel and business objects for this report on all my accounts.

My role entails a lot of customer/client service and support. I work across 3 teams including controlling over 30 couriers, coordinating the incommung / outgoing work load and admin /sales . My roles involed dealing with enquiries from client base and public over the phone, with regards to new and current orders. I was responable for controlling and coordinating over 30 couriers a day managing their deliveries over the city of London and UK. I was responsible for orgainising daily duties of small team.

This was a part-time job:I was responsible for serveral food shops in various locations across the uk, Maintaining store staff by recuiting ,selecting and training employees, checking staff that they have arrived on time, all stores had the correct stock and requirement also checking cash takings ,cashing up tills at the end of shifs and stock taking , ordering new stock and following up on work results, banking of monies.

At Asda i was responsible for orgainising my work load for morning and afternoon deliveries, prioritising and routing my delivery addresses for correct delivery time slots. I worked face to face with the customers, helping with their orders and dealing with queries and complaints on the doorstep.

I worked within business support department as a data entry officer. This requires me to access and record the data collected by the organisation, it also includes running reports, creating spead sheets of data, updating their system with the collected data information.

My role was monitoring and expanding existing schemes and facilities such as recycling banks , kerbside collections and composting, collecting data and drafting reports, recruiting and training volunteers in the community, encouraging household and business to recycle more.

My role was to imput all new bookings and proof of deliveries into the systems , dealing with all internal queries from our depots across the UK and Ireland, also any customer service queries on a day to day bases, debriefing of drivers and sub contractors in and out of wharehouse and checking freight.
