Under the umbrella of Win Resources, led four complex projects: Chilliwack Employment Services, Disability Resource Services, Substance Awareness Employment Services, and BCWork Gender-Based and Youth Life Skills programs. Delivered federal and provincial programs in compliance with funding partner agreements, addressing socio-economic needs within rural communities for diverse client groups facing systemic barriers to employment. Recruited and managed multidisciplinary teams of professionals, resource and administrative staff. Identified and fostered partnerships with community and cultural agencies to address community and client needs. Implemented iterative and emergent planning strategies, monitoring practices, and evaluation tools that incorporated best practices for achieving outcomes and deliverables.
