Assist/coordinate proj. planning & startup action items incl. obtaining project numbers from the project registry, prep. proj. startup forms/starting up proj. in accounting software, admin/input startup data into market/client specific worksheets & online systems. Draft prof. service & subcontractor agrmts, incl. scope of services, with PM input, draft initial Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) from agrmt scope of services, draft initial proj. mgmt plan, review & finalize with PM input. Obtain COIs for Hanson and from subcontractors & track renewals, obtain/file final executed agrmts & COIs per co. policy. Start proj. case history process, update at milestones. Monitor unbilled revenue reports & prepare draft/customized invoices with PM input; follow-up on outstanding invoices. Coordinate processing of subcontractor invoices incl. coding & agrmt compliance. Assist with startup/acctg software, budget report and WBS changes. Keep PM and staff accountable to established records mgmt policy or system established for the project; initiate & help maintain electronic and/or hard copy records mgmt system. Encourage/spot audit project staff compliance with QA procedures. Administer/maintain proj. execution data required in market/client specific worksheets & online systems Alert PMs of task budget & schedule variances; report on earned value and schedule status. Maintain end of project audit data/records, maintain and report on equal opportunity/small business/disadvantaged business subcontractor project involvement to gov. contracting authorities for compliance purposes Coordinate & ensure completion of all proj. closeout activities. Administer/input closeout data into online systems Gather/submit final project audit data/records.
