Faye’s work with refugees and immigrants centers on promoting inclusion and empowerment. She sees immigrant success as inseparable from the success of American society and believes that immigrants are fully capable of elevating themselves if given the opportunity and tools to do so. Since being appointed Executive Director of Tampa Bay non-profit Project Prosper, Inc. in 2018, Faye has focused on refugees and immigrants achieving financial empowerment and full integration into the complicated American financial systems.  In her tenure so far, she is most proud of her work developing programming which reaches immigrants in new ways, including reaching those with very limited English capability and developing online courses and other resources tailored to the unique needs of refugees and immigrants. Faye was recognized in 2022 as Social Entrepreneur of the Year by Tie Tampa.
