First point of contact for clients with new and existing event enquiriesMaintaining and developing client relationships Project managing and delivering large scale events, meetings, conferences, exhibitions, webcasts, corporate dinners and open days for events ranging in size from 10 – 1200 from the initial event brief and pre-event project management through to onsite management and post event analysisProviding Delegate Management support for each client including creating and sending invitations, reply forms, managing confirmations, booking flights, ground travel, accommodation and registration at conferences and congressesWorking with the client marketing teams to deliver their event message and ensuring all marketing material and delegate communication is on brand and in line with all internal brand guidelinesWorking with the client to create budgets based on their specific request and to keep within their allocated spend for each event Managing multiple, and often complex, supplier relationships for individual eventsAssisting with complex audio visual requirementsSourcing relevant external speakersSourcing both event and gala dinner decorations and entertainmentCreating branded delegate registration sites and working with client specific systems to ensure all event communication is effectiveProviding onsite assistance at conferences and exhibitions to ensure the smooth running of the eventEnsuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
