My background in healthcare has afforded me with a great deal of emotional intelligence which underpins my work; I am able to confidently navigate challenging situations to elevate team performance, whilst creating a fantastic experience for everyone involved.I am immensely proud of the part I played in the COVID-19 vaccine rollout - a feat of operations that personally demanded resilience, determination and the utmost in agile working to respond to the constantly changing emergency. I continue to be inspired by the collective effort that made vaccine deployment at such astonishing pace possible, and in my strategic work keep in mind the power of unity towards a common goal.Most recently I have been working in the creative industries.
