As a Data Analyst and Organizer, I synthesize large volumes of ticket purchasing data to improve the corporate data review experience using Excel and other computer programs. Through this work, I assist UCLA Athletics and Rose Bowl Ticketing in making financial decisions through comprehensive data reports. As a correspondent, I am also responsible for allocating and delivering tickets online and in-person to create positive customer experiences. In the Sustainability Assistant position, I work to develop new sustainable practices to implement into the ticket distribution and reporting processes.

As a College Technical Intern, I coordinated with project leads and chemists to formulate and execute plans of action. I utilized extensive laboratory instrumentation and techniques to determine the elemental, molecular, physical, optical, and thermal characteristics of various samples. I also communicated the determined results from these materials tests with customers to support various engineering projects. Through this work, I contributed to the successful deployment of spacecraft hardware by ensuring that materials met their specifications and by aiding in research and development that allowed for the creation of new state of the art processes used for spacecraft hardware.

As a chef assistant, I was responsible for setting up classes by resizing recipes and accurately measuring them, cleaning up after the customers left, and attentively listening to and satisfying the chef's needs. As a retail clerk, I organized, stocked, and cleaned the store. I also worked as a support cashier and customer-service agent.

During my time as a tutor, I would work with elementary through high school students one-on-one to help them improve academically in a subject, develop tools to propel their learning, and grow a love for the topic at hand. I acquired most of my clientele through word-of-mouth referrals. I also helped a Chemistry student earn an award for improvement over the academic year.

As a private lacrosse trainer, I worked with elementary through high school players, or groups of players, to improve their overall skill level and tactical awareness. I helped players grow by communicating with them in a way that was most beneficial for their learning, designing and running training programs, and working with them to increase their confidence as players.
