Faye became the Program Supervisor of the Foster Care Program in October 2019. She is responsible for the overall monitoring and implementation of the program. Part of her role includes consolidating reports for the Board and the funders, review and update program outputs and supervise social workers handling foster care. She likewise represented the organization in various networks and meetings.

Faye is a social worker handling Foster Care Program of NORFIL Foundation, Inc. A foster care social worker is the case manager for the permanency placement of the children in foster care. She is also responsible in licensing, recruiting and monitoring licensed foster families of the organization.On the other hand, she also handles part of the liaison service of the organization. She is assigned to monitor and closely coordinate communications and concerns regarding inter-country adoption placement between the Foreign Adoption Agency Bay Area Adoption Services and Inter-country Adoption Board.

Organized a multi-hazard community through capacity building and empowerment of existing community leaders. The focus of the community organizing is Disaster Risk Reduction and Management to prepare the community be disaster-resilient.
