Most people would describe me as open, curious, and adaptable. It’s exactly this openness, curiosity and adaptability that has kept me excited all these years to do what I do. As architects, we are trained to solve problems with science, creativity, and finesse. Then, as my curiosity directed more towards people, I saw that my training is applicable to organisations as well. As Architecture adopts a holistic approach that can be best described by Vitruvius in 20 BCE – Utilitas (function), Firmitas (materiality), Venustas (delight), so does the process of helping organisations become a better version on themselves.
