I coached and trained competitive figure skating. My students ranged in ages from three-year-old toddlers to 25-year-old young adults. I coached skaters through all stages of development from beginners to elite International competitors. My students won numerous National and International medals and awards. In 2005-06 I was privileged to assist Mr. Nicks in preparing Sasha Cohen for 2006 US Nationals (Gold) and 2006 Winter Olympics, where Ms. Cohen won Silver Medal. In 2007 I choreographed for a three times National Champion Johnny Weir. With my program, Johnny had captured World Bronze medal in March of 2008. Over the years of coaching and choreographing for skaters, I have developed deep appreciation, love, and fascination for the psychology of human potential. It is during this time I have developed the method I now use to assist my clients in reaching the kind of results, once my skating students had an opportunity to experience.
