Worked strategically across departments nationally, regionally and locally, and also with external agencies and key partners to create, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, audience-led marketing and communications campaigns against key objectives e.g. growing payer visits, member visits, membership acquisition etc.Supported and championed local property teams as a marketing and communications expert; creating experiences that move, teach and inspire and encouraging a joined up approach to product, promotion and supporter development. Digital lead for Wales - the go-to person for all things digital-related in Wales. Managed and delivered the digital transformation project - launched a new responsive supporter-centric National Trust website in Wales involving the creation and translation of 50+ integrated property websites available in both English and Welsh. Embedded new systems and processes into ways of working and empowered property teams to build and manage their own online presence, seasonal content plans and communications with supporters in line with a new cause-based strategy. Managed a team of in-house and freelance content creators to plan, create and deliver marketing and communications content across National Trust Wales online channels (aligned with property and national channels).

Penllergare Valley Woods, Swansea

Part of a project team responsible for the restoration of the picturesque Victorian landscape of Penllergare Valley Woods in Swansea funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Developed and implemented a strategic business, fundraising and marketing plan working closely with the Board of Trustees, Executive Management Group and a fantastic team of local volunteers. Led income-generating and supporter development projects - the most successful being a coffee shop and visitor centre run by 30+ volunteers which is still going from strength to strength. (Started as Activity Plan Coordinator funded by HLF in August 2012 and promoted in January 2014).

Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Managed the development and delivery of marketing and communications plans and a programme of public, private and corporate events for a social enterprise with a vision to connect more people to the food they eat. Initiated business development projects and partnerships to engage with customers and supporters and diversify income streams. (Started as Marketing and Events Manager in February 2010 and promoted in September 2011).

Paris, France

Wrote, edited and designed the bilingual (English and French) weekly internal newsletter distributed to employees worldwide. Worked creatively and proactively under pressure in cooperation with internal and external communications colleagues. Provided editorial assistance with the company intranet, including the update of news, appointments and press releases.
