Human Resources Advisor
Current- Provide an informed, professional and efficient HR service
- Provide advice and support regarding discipline, bullying, grievance, change management and other employee relation issues
- Coach and advise managers on aspects of people management, such as performance, recruitment, employment law, change and attendance
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and reflect best practice and legislation
- Recruit and assess staff in line with best practice
- Maintain, produce and evaluate HR data to inform decision making, using HR software or MS office packages
