Faye is a mature woman who acquired a degree in Psychology at the University of Westminster, London. She has spent the latter part of the last ten year furthering her education after a career gap to raise a family and work part time. During this period Faye has managed high street fashion outlets, trained staff and supervised a small photography team including management of sales, cared for aged and young relatives and spent time volunteering an empathetic ear to those in need. Faye is currently working as a supply teacher, covering senior school teacher absences throughout Essex in a variety of subjects whilst teaching, English and Psychology lessons within the area.Over the last five years Faye has taken some independent courses including a diploma in psychology, and certificates in counselling, substance misuse and cognitive psychology, whilst also considering roles in the NHS and various schools.Faye has a wide net of skills ranging from but not exclusive to excellent communication and listening, negotiation and persuasion, problem solving, organisation, ability to work under pressure, empathy, compassion and confidence.
