My role was to assist the design, development and sampling process of the RB Denim branded range. From the initial concept through to the shop floor. I was required to prepare technical packs to factories and liaise with my manager to ensure deadlines were kept and produce artwork using a variety of mediums including photoshop and Illustrator, hand drawing/sketching. I also worked on a number of photo shoots assisting the stylist, producing graphic design work for garment labelling, look books and line sheets.

Reporting to Ted’s Womenswear Design Manager supporting the senior designers and their daily tasks.My Individual Duties included;> To set-up and manage the critical path, successfully and efficiently.> To assist the designer of Knitwear Accessories, from initial research, design and sampling.> Maintain communication between designers, production, garment techs, Buying and Suppliers.> Creation of selling books and season guides> Researching upcoming trends, including the source of new innovative fabrics and trims> Assist design re-sketches, recording and documenting all designs within a season> Communicating closely with Factories and Suppliers to build a strong working relationship, this included the order of prototypes and salesman samples.> Set-up and distribute colour palettes to factories alongside the request, chase and approval of lab dips> Ordering fabric and printed meterage, manage invoices and authorize payment.> Business travel booking for up to 10 members of my team, including flights, transfers, hotels, ordering currency, car-services, appointments, Visa's, Show tickets - booking to suit each of their individual itinerary's.

Working alongside Rock Clothing Designer Ray Brown at his studio in North London, as Design and Studio Assistant. Producing bespoke tailored clothing for high profile clients.
