In connection with the highly acclaimed Miss World organisation, I was the official licensee for the regional London beauty pageant. I organised an event each year auditioning thousands of applicants to secure some of London’s most sought-after ladies. During my time as licensee, I recruited some amazing talent who have gone on to become house hold names within the celebrity and modeling industries. At just 21, I was made Director of Celebrity Publicity, a boutique public relations company based in London, UK. We worked closely with celebrities and professional models to enhance their presence through a variety of media streams including editorial, advertorial, television and social networking.As Director, my main role was to maintain great relationships with my clients and create new opportunities for them on a national and international basis.

After gaining extensive training on celebrity photoshoots, particularly those with celebrity models, I became inspired to create a company to create high quality imagery for models needing portfolio updates. In its peak, UKMF represented some of the industry's finest freelance photographers, including Alan Strutt and Anna Fowler, and produced over twenty model and celebrity calendars.

Initially taken on for a week's work experience, Alan offered me a position as a photographer's assistant in July 2006. From there he trained me in all areas of celebrity media and the photography sector. It is my knowledge of art direction and formatting a shoot that lead to me beginning my own model portfolio agency, UK Model Folios.Shoot Producer- From Alan I learned a vast amount about the different roles of people on a shoot.
