Maintain MIS for management review through SAP r3 & SAP BI reports. Update daily sales and collection report to Branch Sales Team and to the Regional MIS Coordinator.Responsible for order punching/releasing/billing of purchase orders on SAP.Responsible for maintaining Sales Data and preparing the presentations for BOH in corporate & regional meets.Responsible for preparing and arranging dispatch of Price/Scheme circular monthly.Coordinate with Sales/Commercial/Service & Logistic Team.Coordinate with regional and corporate MIS/HR personnel.Update stock status to the Sales Team.Update any new product and product nomenclature to the Sales Team.Update the Sales Team with AR and AR Ageing of customers
