• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports or statements. • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. • Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions. • Ensuring and monitoring proper charging of controlled expenses to accounts. • Developing staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.

• Assist in the successful completion of assigned audit engagements • Gather data and perform specific audit procedures to obtain corroborative evidences that support or refute the client’s assertions • Exercise professional skepticism and diligence in carrying out and completing assigned tasks • Maintain a good working relationship with the client • Assist the client in the preparation of financial statements

• Implement financial policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP, IAS, and other accounting standards. • Conduct monthly finance inspection in properties. • Prepare monthly financial reports. • Ensure and monitor proper charging of controlled expenses to accounts. • Deal with day-to-day accounting and operation concerns and coordinate the same operating units and counterparts
