I teach social statistics to sophomores at the Criminology Department of the Faculty of Social and Political Science.

Research and Evidence-Based Practice Department- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on all activities, arrests, and criminal court outcomes in New York City- Support activities related to quarterly and annual reporting to the city and other stakeholders, as well as data cleaning and analysis, report writing, and project management support- Evaluate release recommendations for arrests through regression modeling with R

In collaboration with GoVoteNYC, I had the opportunity to conduct Randomized Control Trials (RCT) analysis using 45 datasets on electoral data in New York City. This research allowed me to gain valuable insights into voter turnout and its determinants. Additionally, I focused on tax formalization policies and thoroughly analyzed their commonalities as endorsed by International Governmental Organizations (IGOs) worldwide.

As a research assistant, I conduct research with data analysis software (including R, SPSS, STATA, Mplus) for political behavioural research. I incorporate statistical methodologies, including psychometric techniques like Latent Variable Modelling, Item Response Theory, and Social Network Analysis for research in themes that include political polarisation, radical behaviour measurement, and political ideology. Other tasks include conducting research on Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE) actors in Indonesia, as well as data analysis for violent extremism research in collaboration with the Indonesia National Counterterrorism Agency. I also conducted data analysis for a collaborative project under the Lab in collaboration with UNDP Indonesia for the Revitalisation of the National Violence Monitoring Database.

In the department of Politics and Social Change, I conducted desk research and data analysis for research related to electoral politics and development in Indonesia. Research themes include: the role of NGOs in Indonesian democracy during the Reformation Era; The practice of vote-buying in local Indonesian communities; Implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia.

Data entry and analysis for disaster psychology research at natural disaster-stricken areas in Indonesia. Also conducted translations of community psychology measurement tools. Research themes include: the psychological impact of natural disasters in communities, psychological intervention needs for disaster-stricken communities.
