My role was a high tempo role during an exciting period of rapid growth in the film offering together we increased the film offering’s annual revenue by more than by over 100% as well as I secured that the overall group profit was 35%. Supported the sales process with sales presentations, tools as well as describing and packaging our offering. I was responsible for definition of processes, suppliers, follow up of sales funnel as well as ensuring that our tools were up to date and applicable. I assisted during the creative definition phase of each project by keeping focus on the customer’s requirements including advising on how to use the final delivery in other client-owned communication channels.• Involved during first sales meeting, to determine feasibility and alternative methods of strategic solutions and defining production including price alternatives• Set scope and budget for each film production, write tender and ensure that it is signed off by the client before starting the project• Responsible for the production budgets including negotiation with suppliers. Scheduling shoots, locations and negotiating hire of crews, actors and equipment. Secure actors as required, including auditions, negotiations and contracts/release forms• Participate in pre-production meetings, set up and during productions• Arrange translations, voice over recordings, specialised post production requirements• Handle post production including approval rounds, voice over recordings, subtitling, brand adherence, translations and any additional formats deliveries that are required. • Wrap up productions: follow up on quality, project process, learnings as well as economic evaluation. Ensure that the projects and deliveries are correctly archived and that any licenses are purchased.
