Job Responsibilities:- • Handle client accounts by fulfill their job requirements. Such as Vads, RHB Bank, Malaysia Sheet Glass (MSG), Amway, Proton, and ext.• Handle full spectrum of recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview, briefing on offer letter, benefits and remuneration package• Candidate visit twice in a month for contract briefing, timesheet, pay slips.• Maintain candidate database, confidential information• Advertise for job vacancies using relevant medium• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates• Arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients• Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants• Informing candidates about the results of their interviewsAccomplishments:• Create own database of candidates over 100 • Achieved company target after 1 month working• Star of the July Month based on working performance and personal attitude
