I also represent professionals in disciplinary proceedings.I hold a Master of Laws (with merit) specializing in international dispute resolution from the University of London. I also hold a Master of Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Murdoch. I have two other diplomas (with distinction) in Islamic Studies and Syariah Law. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Fiqh and Usul Al-Fiqh (Islamic revealed knowledge and heritage) at IIUM.I am passionate about getting the best outcome for my clients. Since getting called to the bar, I have appeared in numerous open court contested trials from the Court of Appeal, High Court, State Court, Family Justice Court, Syariah Court and MUIS Appeal Board of Singapore.I also undertake non-contentious matters such as the drafting of wills, power of attorney, grants of probate, letters of administration, adoption and mental capacity. I am also familiar with employment law and providing advice on commercial contracts.I am an accredited Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) mediator. I am also an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).I also lecture at two tertiary institutions on four legal modules, namely 'Introduction to the Singapore Legal System', 'Criminal Law', 'Practice and Procedure at Syariah Court' and 'Singapore Family Law'. Through my experience as a lecturer and applying it to my legal practice, I recognize the importance of ensuring my clients understand their legal situation in a manner that they can comprehend.I am a commissioner for oaths and am available to assist clients who need to sign their affidavits or statutory declarations for use in Singapore. In my free time, I ride my motorcycle to unfamiliar roads and practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
