Possess hands-on experience in construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning & startup of complex process skid packages (Heater treater-8+, Indirect water bath heater-16+, Desalter-4+, Two/ Three phase separator, H2S mitigation, CI SKID, IGF, NSF, GDU, MRU & N2 Generation package, Ammonia Storage andHandling System,SCR system)Job responsibilities and duties.• Conduct comprehensive functional checks, cause & effect checks, hot loop checks and stroke testto ensure the proper operation of instrumentation and control systems.• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate seamless pre-commissioning & commissioningactivities.• Execute system tests according to Approved Test Forms and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).• Execute calibration procedures for instrumentation devices, ensuring accuracy and reliability.• Leverage extensive process expertise to identify and resolve control logic issues, ensuring thealignment of the control system with project requirements.• Coordinate and supervise the start-up of process skid packages, ensuring smooth and efficientoperations.• Provide technical support during the initial phases of system operation.• Supervise the installation of vessel internals, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safetystandards.• Conduct PID tuning to optimize control loops for efficient and stable performance.• Execute pump performance runs, validating pump efficiency and reliability.• Contribute to the commissioning of transformers, including oil testing, insulation checks and variousother checks.• Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards during transformer commissioning.• Apply automation knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize control systems.• Provide technical support for electrical, Control and instrumentation systems throughout the projectlifecycle.• Provide day-to-day reporting to the commissioning manager on the progress, challenges, and resolutions.• Conduct training sessions for client/contractor O&M teams, ensuring a smooth transition to operationalphases.• Carry out Detail engineering of Instrumentation deliverables. • Contribute to HAZOP and HAZID reviews.• Interpretation of P&ID, PFD, HMB of skids and piping, Pump curves, Electrical drawing and Control logicdiagram.• Prepare Control Narratives based on project requirements.• Develop and maintained detailed documentation, including test forms, ITPs, and control narratives.
