Associated with multi billion dollars diversified Developer: Shaikhani Group of Companies, located at Dubai as Chief Financial Officer a key member along with the Managing Directors, developing, executing and delivering the Financial Statements, Actual and Forecast Cash Flow Statements, Projects Costing, Project Progress Completion Reports, Target Recovery, Banking matters, Compliance of RERA for conducting timely Statutory Audit and other relevant Dubai Land Department matters.Supervising in reconciliation of Contractors, Sub contractors, Management consultants and Investors account statements. Maintain strict confidentiality of all data processed including Financials records, Customers details, payments, historical records, customer & Investors files and database.Meeting and periodically visits to Banks &Dubai Land Department for day to day approval of payments out of Escrow Accounts to the Contractors and obtain acceptance of mandatory RERA Audit Reports from the regulatory authority.
