Finance Manager at Ster Group/Ster Security since October 2009, responsible for managing all accounts and finances of contracts exceeding 25 million dollars annually for Ster Security, Ster-VCG Security joint venture, Ster Construction and Ster Group corporate office.Being the focal point of the finance department and heading team of 4 finance department employees, I manage all accounts and finances from vouchers to preparation of contracts commercial, providing monthly company financials and consolidate statements. Tracking and recording expenses/revenues, invoicing, reconciliation of petty cash that are maintained at different drill sites and the procurement and inventory of all equipment and training to support the contract. Working closely with higher management, partners and the Client’s contracting personnel to insure compliance with the Contract affairs.During the course of my daily duties, I designed, developed and instituted the Manual Accounting System in the Finance Department and then transformed it to a computerized system and trained other employees on new system.Attended the University of Sindh Pakistan, got graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and in 2005 with a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Upon graduation, in my career gained extensive experience in Accounting, Finance and Management, with Khushhali Bank as Customer Services Officer from Sept-2005 to Nov-2006. As Branch Operations Manager at MCB Bank, one of the top banks in Pakistan from Jul-2007 to Sep-2009. From November 2007 to July 2007, I was the Assistant Manager with NADRA (a Pakistani government autonomous organization which was one of world’s top 50 IT organizations), managed the its district & sub-offices.I Went back to the University of Sindh Pakistan and graduated with a Bachelor's of law & legislation (LLB) in 2008. Successfully completed several accounting courses as well as obtained a diploma in Information Technology (DIT).
