Manage vendor relationships for title and registration of approximately 350k cars. Work with OEMs, auctions and dealers to receive all documents needed to complete the title and registration process of all vehicles. Confirm that all vehicles are registered and titled correctly in the appropriate state and verifying that the location has the registration and plates to be placed on the vehicle. Ensure that all vendor processes are completed within SLA and work with the vendor to resolve any issues. Travel to meet with different vendors for business reviews, training and site visits. Communicate daily with locations to help resolve any issues and confirm all delivered cars are available for rent. Work with my team to create reporting that allows for better management of assets. Coach, train and develop direct reports allowing them to grow within the organization.
