As an enthusiastic structural biochemist my main interests revolve around the structural analysis of proteins through the development of new mathematical and computational toolkits. For this, I picked up skills in mathematics, machine learning and statistics, programming, and skills in the usage of several molecular modelling software, like Gromacs, Schrödinger Maestro, PyMol, and other related Python modules. I have been studying proteins employing various methods since 2015, mainly through wet-lab means, and started using in silico methods mostly during my PhD in 2018. I love learning new skills, especially if they are built on complex and abstract mathematical concepts.
