• 8 years Engineering & Design management background in Aluminum, Steel & Glazing Industries. • Sound knowledge of Curtain wall (UCW & SCW), ACP Cladding, Stainless steel cladding, Canopy, Mashrabiya, Various types of Louvers, Glass Balustrade, Glass Partitions, Handrails, Doors and Windows drawings.• Checks and performs design works in-line with structural calculations and creates 3D model of architectural façade system (stick and unitized). Generate shop drawings and fabrication drawings (cutting list) with the use of AutoCAD & SolidWorks software's.• Prepares Material Take-off of all the items needed in the project from performance mock-up to project wide.• Resolves fabrication problems and deals with design coordination with the fabricator to ensure the cutting list conform as per released specifications. Creates drawing presentations that are workable and easy to understand for complicated assemblies/units that require careful consideration upon assembly.• Coordinate with site personnel for proper installation and setting out.
