Providing the support to the entire infrastructure.10. Hardware and Software Installation, Configuration and Up gradation, Computer Assembling, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of PCs & peripherals.11. Installation & configuration of the network devices12. Supporting the Network infrastructure , Trouble shooting network connectivity13. Familiar with server 2003 environment.14. Fast Ethernet, TCP/IP, Telnet, FTP, Intranet, LAN / WAN, Virtual Private Networks, IEEE 802.11 (Wi-Fi), PPP, ISDN, BRI/PRI 15. Remote Computing via Telnet, PC – Anyware, VNC, Windows XP Remote Desktop & Remote Administrator.. 16. Proxy Server Installation and Configuration. 17. Installation of Norton Antivirus, Mcafee, Hardware Drivers & Service Packs, updates etc..18. Microsoft Office 97/XP/2000/2003, Acronis True Image Backup & Data Recovery.19. FTP Applications, Remote Login (Remote Desktop, VNC & Putty), CRM (Customer Relationship Management).20. Audio & Video Recording (TV Tuner) and Editing, Corel Draw X3 & Image Editing.21. Dell, Compaq and IBM Desktops assemble & Installation , PC Cards like NIC, Audio, Video, PCMCIA, TV, Hard-Disk, CD – DVD Writers, RAM, Printer & Scanners and Bios Support.22. Configure Pix to Pix, and Router to Router VPN.23. Redistribution of routing protocols and Frame-Relay configuration.24. Network Migration from RIP to OSPF.25. Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network problems.
