With the knowledge gained as a programmer I can mediate between programmers and business users, as I fully understand both sides. I estimate the cost of projects.My main tasks include customer business needs analysis, participation and control of deployments as well as maintaining good relationships with clients at all stages of cooperation.My works include:• analysis of processes at one of the major property development company in Poland• analysis and design of the application for planning and management training with extensive reporting and CRM modules• design of the application to consolidate data and report ticket sales• analysis of customer needs to adapt and implement the modules of advances, business travels and expenses (processes of approval and settlement of advances, business travels and employee expenses; allowances and lump-sum calculation; export of the data to the accounting system) in the Syndatis system• interface with Oracle Financials (export of the information about expenses, advances and settlements)

As a programmer I mainly dealt with the extension of further Syndatis BPM modules, or I modify the existing ones in accordance with the requirements of clients.I have created (or co-created), among others:• billing module that enables import and processing of billing from multiple vendors (phone bills, invoices for fuel and leasing fees, medical care and courier fees)• module of e-documents for storage and processing of documents (based on JCR)• module for management and control of the limits on travel expensesMore of my work not directly related to Syndatis BPM:• I have created and I maintain the web application based on MS .NET C# for planning training• I have created and I develop the system of data consolidation and sales reporting using MS Access• support for POLCARD non-cash transactions in an online shop
