CurrentTom is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of Merchant Services experience, which includes Direct Sales, Product Solutions, and Sales Management with industry leaders Fiserv, CardConnect, and MerchantPro Express.He coordinates Product Management, Operations, Sales, Data Research, and Customer Relations to optimize internal processes, exceed sales targets, drive revenue, and increase market share. Tom is well known for his ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational goals, drive sustainable growth, and facilitate market expansion. His commitment to understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions has consistently led to exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.A graduate of Towson University, Tom also holds a Master’s Degree from the University of West Florida, where he was a member of the Men’s Basketball coaching staff.
