Organize communications and work between brands, owners, workers, and the RSC leadership related to remediation / corrective action plans, Conduct necessary follow up to ensure remediation plans are finalized within the time frames of the RSC, Alert the RSC leadership to problems, obstacles, or challenges to the finalization and execution of the remediation / corrective action plans derived from RSC safety inspections, Maintain accurate, detailed, and verified qualitative and quantitative data and case files for each assigned factory, Liaise as needed with RSC engineers and safety and health committee trainers in the effort to monitor and verify execution of remediation plans and enforcement of OSH complaint resolutions, Provide logistical and administrative support to factory, worker, and brand representatives related to remediation plan execution and OSH complaint handling / resolution, Provide interpretation and translation support to RSC leadership as required. Attending closure and relocation visits in order to verify the factory status whether it is closed or relocated with reference to RSC protocol & report to the management accordingly. COVID 19 safety information management, Holding factory list review meetings with different stakeholders, Organizing, monitoring & Coordinating boiler safety inspection programs, Preparing & maintaining brand portfolios, Tracking and maintaining ICU deep program for the factories etc.

Conducting 5s, PPEs & Electrical safety audits and processing audit results, Looking after several compliance issues within the factory, Responsible for buyer communication & preparing CAP for buyers, Following up accord issues for buyers, Following up and auditing weekend working records, responsible for documentation of EMS, responsible for CT-PAT policy documentation & also implementation.

To prepare LCA as per LC plan, LC processing, Shipment Follow up, Document release from bank & handover to C&F agents, pay order requisition for Customs duty & insurance premium, product landing cost calculation, Preparing BTRC NOC, Co-ordination among different functional departments like Warehouse, Finance, Sales Etc.

To process and follow up orders & provide timely and effective services to local and overseas customers, to respond to customer enquiries and requests (via telephone, fax and email communications) in a timely manner. Working with related functional departments to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers.
