Establish, review and improve fleet performance status on regular basis. Identify causes for degradation/malfunction and business impacts on generation business operation.Formulate, standardize, and review policies, guidelines, procedures, reports technical/non-technical instructions to all stations, while providing inputs for fleet optimization & improvement to relevant parties. Responsible to drive capacity building & knowledge management on thermal plants technical areas for power plant engineers in order to enhance their technical competencies. Provide expert resource / advice and perform analytical role in evaluating new technologies and innovation across all thermal fleet.

Managing & assisting all boiler engineers at TNB’s power plant in all aspects of engineering, operations & maintenance. Organize & collaborating with power plants in terms of boiler community meetings & trainings. Assists power plants in case of any emergency, breakdown & failures in terms of RCA, technical, administration & procurement support.

- Experience in construction, commissioning, operation & maintenance of an international Integrated Water & Power Plant (IWPP)- Desalination plant and all the technologies involve

• Responsible for overall maintenance, reliability & performance of boiler, gas turbine & steam turbine in CCGT, OCGT & conventional plant• Manage staff (engineers & staff), determine section's direction & goals, distribute KPI's, provide guidance & coaching to staff• Prepare & ensure effective implementation of business plan, budget, procurement & financial performance of business unit• Oversee & implement section’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 safety initiatives
