Leading the country team for Pakistan where we aim to recruit 200+ Campus Directors and provide them support to help them with the successful execution of their On-Campus Programs. Last year, the movement organized more than 300 trainings and events across 50+ universities, benefiting 10,000+ students and helping us recruit more than 500 startups, with 30+ startups moving to regional summits across the globe - from Mexico to Bangkok. This was possible due to the incredible effort of our Campus Directors, their organizing committees, Country Team and Regional Team for Central & South Asia. This further strengthened our Hult Prize community in Pakistan. The year also saw connections and professional relationships with various stakeholders, including the government and experts in the Startup Ecosystem. Notably, we were able to further strengthen our partnership with Higher Education Commission (HEC) for in-kind support worth millions of rupees for all CDs, and the support from 35 HEC funded Business Incubation Centers across the country. For the first time in Pakistan, we also hosted University Managed OnCampus Programs, with Business Incubation Centers taking the lead in organizing the OnCampus Program.

Established the BIC from the ground up, laying its foundation and building end-to-end processes, including policy framework, Incubation cycle, curriculum, and activities; secured HEC funding and acquired UBI Global membership. Now leading overall management and planning of activities, resources, budgets, and operations, including marketing, stakeholder relations (mentors and partners), events, and workshops, to coach and facilitate potential and actual incubates for launching startups. Furthering entrepreneurship and innovation by enabling the success of students/incubates on national and international platforms in a region marked by a low Human Development Index, limited skill levels, and a tendency to favor secure jobs rather than entrepreneurial ventures• Organizing and Facilitating Activities: Organized 100+ activities; Innovation Bootcamps, Startup Weekends, workshops, expos, and competitions, such as BIC Talent Hunt program, IdeaStorm!, Idea Competitions, Hult Prize, etc.• Developing Partnerships: Established 20+ links with organizations and institutions like UNDP, School of Leadership Foundation (SOLF), Sehat Kahani, LUMS, SMEDA, KPITB, KP Govt..• Projects & Funding: Initiated projects worth Pkr. 100M+ to promote entrepreneurial culture and SDGs while also uplifting the general community population along with the students. • On-going Projects: In-talks with KPITB to bring Durshal Incubation Program to Malakand; MOU signed with KPITB for a Software Technology Park at UOM.• Current Impact: 100+ students’ businesses started; 20+ start-ups incubated; 1000+ jobs created.

Established and lead Bureau of Statistics at the university to promote data-driven decision-making and substantiate strategic plans with the first-ever centralized database of all key datasets.

Enabled the proper establishment of the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC) and secured HEC accreditation. Through strategic partnerships nationally and internationally with academia, industry, and the social sector, and by developing programs aligned with the university's strengths, I substantially increased research funding and enhanced the university's research portfolio, impact and ranking.

While teaching entrepreneurship and strategic management courses to BBA and MBA programs, I acted as the resource person for numerous trainings and founded the university’s first entrepreneurship and innovation-focused student club, Malakand Entrepreneurship Club, to foster entrepreneurial skills in the students through practical learning. Malakand Entrepreneurship Club [Founder & Chief Organizer: 2012 – now] has, until now, organized 100+ trainings, 5 Expos, and many other youth development activities and has helped create a culture of entrepreneurship on campus. I also helped students with their entrepreneurial ideas and ensured students participation and success in various national and international business plan and startup competitions, hackathons and idea pitching contests, e.g. 2nd position globally in Pakathon 2014 - the only team outside North America in the top 3.I was also part of the 3 members team establishing the first endowment fund (SAFE) at the University of Malakand in collaboration with HEC and PEP Foundation USA.

As the leader of the On-Campus program at the University of Malakand (UOM), I managed all aspects of the program's operations. My responsibilities ranged from designing a comprehensive on-campus program to recruiting over 100 departmental representatives and more than 50 volunteers to facilitate its execution.Within a short span, the program has marked significant achievements:- Conducted 12 awareness sessions in campus halls and over 150 in various classes, and set up 8 registration desks at strategic locations to encourage participation. - Registered more than 200 teams. - Organized over 50 training sessions to equip teams with the necessary skills. - Secured commitments for over 3 million rupees in funding.- Secured in-kind support worth more than 5 Million Rupees. - Established a network of more than 60 experts and mentors.- Secured incubation opportunities and seed capital for the top 10 ideas.INTERESTING FACT: Most of the OnCampus Programs in the country had planned their On-Campus Finals in the last week of February. However, due to unfortunate incidents and security concerns, the University of Peshawar was forced to suspend all student activities on campus. In a bid to ensure the continuity of these programs, we extended an invitation to the organizers and participant teams to hold their finals in Malakand. We coordinated complimentary transportation and hosted the events, successfully managing two finals concurrently at the same location. Following the competitions, we organized a delightful excursion. Our guests were immensely appreciative of our hospitality and found the overall experience to be thoroughly enjoyable.The experience of managing this program allowed me to blend my strategic, organizational, and leadership skills, paving the way for budding entrepreneurs at the university.

In this capacity, my primary focus was supporting over 100 Campus Directors (CDs) across the country, providing them with the necessary resources for the successful execution of their On-Campus Programs. In a drive to develop a robust and successful HP community nationally, I formed strategic alliances and professional relationships with key stakeholders. This included liaising with government bodies, such as the Higher Education Commission (HEC), which resulted in securing in-kind support worth millions of rupees benefitting all CDs.Furthermore, I tapped into my network within the Startup Ecosystem, connecting CDs with relevant professionals and experts, thereby nurturing their support network and strengthening our community.In my stride to create impact at the grassroots, I architected a comprehensive On-Campus Program at the University of Malakand, recruiting and leading a dedicated team of over 50 volunteers.

As Co-founder and Leader of ImpactXnow, a social enterprise aimed at creating innovative awareness campaigns for social issues tied to the Global SDGs, I strived to inspire and involve youth in making a substantial social impact.I steered all aspects of the enterprise's operations, from recruiting and training a robust team of over 200 volunteers to crafting the business and strategic plans. My emphasis was on maximizing impact within a minimum timeframe through innovative campaigns.One of our notable initiatives was a gamified hygiene awareness campaign, specifically designed for school-going children. I developed a strategy that resonated with our target demographic, leading to an extensive, lasting impact. This campaign alone reached over 100,000 people, directly engaging 20,000 children within a few short months.Another successful campaign I orchestrated was centered on water conservation. By leveraging Muslim beliefs, I incorporated Friday sermons delivered by Imams in the target areas into our campaign. This approach led to an estimated daily reach of 50,000 people and a significant 40% reduction in water usage, as volunteer students and more than 250 Imams underscored the importance of saving water.I also conceptualized and facilitated Training Youth for Leadership and Entrepreneurial Success (TYLES), a wilderness-based leadership and entrepreneurial training program. This initiative comprised activities and sessions focused on Leadership, SDGs, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Business Planning.

Taught Corporate Finance on the MIB (Masters in International Business) programme offered jointly by Université Paris Dauphine (France), Georgia State University (USA), and San Francisco State University (USA)Worked on research projects related to the valuation of intangibles.
