Administering the performance of management system. Administrator & Ensuring proper utilization of HRIS Administering the probationary review time periods. Maintaining and developing the filling system of personnel. Handling Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, orientation & exit interview. Monitoring Employee career development & performance appraisal.Plan training & administrator of training program.Ensure compliance of all relevant workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety rules. Handling Disciplinary matter & Grievance issues. Monitoring Security Administration and Welfare issues. Assist to the Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the organization.Supervise Attendance Management & Leave Management.Administrator of Transport Management. As well as handling all HR & compliance issues of factory.Carry out any additional duties assigned by Higher Management.
