Job Responsibilities-Proficiently prepare and establish comprehensive engineering documents and drawings encompassing mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation aspects, facilitating seamless pre-commissioning and commissioning of boiler systems.-Efficiently generate detailed bill of materials, conduct accurate cost estimations, and manage project material procurement to ensure smooth site installation.-Skillfully coordinate and monitor project progress and scheduling both on-site and off-site, overseeing tasks ranging from equipment/material delivery to site erection, resource allocation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.-Diligently manage boiler service work, including subcontractor coordination and liaison with relevant local authorities to ensure compliance.-Expertly oversee site erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, fostering effective collaboration with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.-Actively participate in "Project Kick-Off Meetings" to discern project requirements, collaborating with Quality and Workshop Supervisors.-Coordinate with QA/QC Inspector to address project preparation and non-destructive testing (NDT) requirements throughout projects.-Thoroughly review Client Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure alignment with project offers, facilitating accurate project initiation.-Engage in client/contractor meetings to proactively identify and resolve potential project issues, ensuring project success.-Conduct engineering calculations prior to material procurement for site installation and fabrication processes at the workshop, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.-Regularly prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for client reference, ensuring transparent communication and project visibility.
