At RiseUp Summit, MENA's largest entrepreneurship event. I organized "City Caravans" which are delegations of startup founders, entrepreneurship ecosystem players and sponsors for the caravan, usually leading corporates from their country. Each caravan were given a space to display data about their startup scene as well as their own branding. Satellite networking events were organized to maximize matchmaking between countries. My work required me to reach out digitally and "sell" the value of attending our event and facilitate any obstacles such as letters for embassies, raising sponsorships from their country to cover the startup T&A expenses, etc,...Countries I covered were: Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, UAE, South Africa, Austria and Germany.

A pilot program that flew startups from MENA to leading startup ecosystems namely Berlin & Silicon Valley. To enroll in the program, startup founders had to compete at RiseUp Summit Pitching event and get judged by world renowned investors and experts. My role started by organizing the highly anticipated and attended pitching competition in Cairo. Then shifted to organizing the trip's program, logistics and budget.

Hosting global events including the Swiss "Seedstars", "Startup Safary" and "Betapitch" founded in Berlin. In addition to 80+ partnerships with global entities that brought value to startups in MENA.
