This includes expertise in warehousing and network optimization to enhance efficiency and service levels.Leading the Main Hub project to internalize Italian logistics activities by transitioning from an Outsourcing to an Insourcing model, ensuring control over operations and improved service level.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in logistics management, focusing on inventory control, distribution efficiency, and continuous improvement of warehousing operations.

Responsible for enhancing the performance of worldwide Distribution Centers by managing specific projects, promoting best practices, and facilitating project mirroring across various regions, including Italy, China, USA, Brazil, Turkey, Mexico, Australia, Japan, and India.Key Activities:Developing and implementing Warehouse Management System (WMS) software for warehouses in Mexico, and India, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.Driving key network projects in Australia, USA and India, focusing on optimizing logistics operations and improving service in line with global standards.Collaborating with international teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging insights and best practices from different markets to enhance overall distribution center performance.

Designing and executing improvement projects focused on systems and operational processes for the Main Distribution center, aimed at increasing efficiency and streamlining logistic flows.Conducting a comprehensive reengineering study of processes for the Main Distribution center, with the objective of optimizing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall performance.
