Senior Manager for 150 maintenance technicians responsible for non-destructive inspection, aircraft structural maintenance, metals technology repair and survival equipment repair supporting more than 200 F-16 aircraft. Controlled expenditures in excess of $750K and equipment valued at $7.8M across 6 separate production facilities. Coordinated depot-level repair designs with structural engineers to return damaged aircraft return to fully mission capable status in minimal time. Maintained resource/equipment effectiveness, prioritized scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, coordinated data inputs, and served as the primary aircraft structural repair subject matter expert for the Senior Maintenance Director.
