I like to help companies "cultivate ideas" , help them grow and "focus on them" and then create solutions that solve a problem, small or large, improving someone's life. I like working in multidisciplinary, multicultural and multi-company "fusion teams" that aim for "quality that amazes" to see the exceeding of expectations in the eyes of Clients and team members. When this happens, even by building virtuous and long-term relationships between people, based on respect and fairness , then my goal is achieved and goes beyond work: I recognize myself.I believe in the importance of a process-centric vision as the first awareness tool to help organizations, in Italy and abroad, to rationalize, outline and achieve their goals. I generally work in the Delivery area as a Project / Product / Account Manager, but also by operating and/or offering support in the Sales area . All the experiences refer to contexts of strong innovation: from business models to products, from processes to technologies. However, what best sums up my added value in projects and organizations is the pivotal role between Business Clients and Implementation Teams.
