CurrentContinuous Improvement assignments on European production facilities - specialized on operations (production, maintenance, plant logistics) - chemicals & food and beverages- management support on loss analysis and setting up master and year plans- setting up structures for improvement program management- facilitating managers to manage their improvement programs- training improvement methodologies like 5S, Performance Management, Kaizen, SMED, ….- guiding and facilitating improvement teams to achieve their improvement target- facilitating teams on setting up their visual / 5S workplace- designing performance management systems- facilitating performance management meetings (develop participants in role fulfillment)- developing facilitator / change agent capablities- focus on development of people to make results sustainable
