Built manufacturing capability on three new continents.- Operations Strategy - Planned and implemented Six Sigma and lean techniques ― increased productivity by over 6% for several years while significantly improving cash flow by improving working capital performance.- Talent/EBITDA Transformation - Led Topgrading effort and won support for new talent assessment and selection system to transform post Ch. 11 global management ― hired new Executive Team, upgraded "A" manager ratings of top 77 from 38% to 89%.
