UNIT Factory is an innovative educational institution that trained programmers on the system of the Paris École 42. It does not have teachers, abstracts, or lectures. The training takes place according to the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) method, which allows students to cooperate and reveal their creative abilities during teamwork on projects. The school was open 24/7. Training at UNIT Factory lasted from two to three years.
