I worked on the portals team, focusing on building the new design system for Senac São Paulo and redesigning the portal pages.I was involved in all stages of a project, including quantitative and qualitative research, user interviews, desk research, benchmarking, data analysis, usability testing, user journey mapping, empathy mapping, personas, visual design, prototyping in Figma, and documentation. I collaborate with customer relationship and development teams.

I worked in the library at the São Miguel Paulista unit, serving students and teachers. My responsibilities included conducting collection research, handling administrative procedures, providing database training, and assisting in the creation of events and graphic materials for the sector. I also had a strong role in the Inclusion and Diversity Committee and contributed to the Pedagogical Political Project.

I was part of the team of music curators on the platform, giving feedback to artists and bands from all over the world. I conducted interviews, articles, top lists and posts on social media for the Rebobinados blog.
