I'm a Postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Structure and Dynamics of Matter, in Hamburg, where my main project involves the development of computational tools to simulate the time-dynamics of quantum systems coupled to time-propagated electromagnetic fields, according to Maxwell's equations. This method's most important applications are related to the sub-wavelength confinement of light by nano-plasmonic structures and other materials. I got my PhD in Chemistry from the University of Córdoba, Argentina. My thesis work applied quantum dynamic simulations to the study of photoinduced nuclear motion in nanoscopic and molecular systems. We developed atomistic simulations of time-resolved femtosecond spectroscopy, a widely used experimental technique to study ultrafast processes. I am also a member of the Global Shapers Córdoba Hub, part of the Global Shapers network created by iniciative of the World Economic Forum. Within the organization I work voluntarily in the i-Teams Cordoba programme (created to breach the gap between academia and industry by innovation teams) and in the Education area (focused on increasing the access to remote education for low-income students without a stable access to the Internet or proper devices). In 2015 I co-founded Quantum Organics, a tech startup that offers scientific calculations in the cloud as a SaaS. We were part of the Business Incubator of our University for 3 years. My work involves quantum mechanics, computer science, ultrafast spectroscopy and nanomaterials.

Postdoctoral Scientist (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Fellow)Max Planck Institute For The Structure And Dynamics Of Matter Feb 2019 - PresentHamburgo Y Alrededores, AlemaniaPostdoc in the Theory Department (Angel Rubio's group) at the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter. My current interests are related to the theoretical description of ab-initio atomistic dynamics of light-driven processes in systems such as plasmonic nanocavities, using TDDFT coupled to Maxwell's equations in real time as implemented in the code Octopus. With this tool we can study relevant phenomena such as plasmonic nanofucusing, attosecond spectroscopy, and field-enhanced spectroscopies.

ShaperGlobal Shapers Córdoba May 2016 - PresentCórdoba, ArgentinaThe Global Shapers Community is a network of city-based Hubs developed and led by young leaders between 20 and 30 years old who want to develop their leadership potential towards serving society. To that end, Hubs undertake local projects to improve their communities.Shapers are highly motivated individuals who have a great potential for future leadership roles in society. They are selected on the basis of their achievements, leadership potential, and commitment to make a difference. Through the Global Shapers Community, Shapers are provided with opportunities to connect with the worldwide network of Global Shapers, to network with other World Economic Forum communities, and to represent the voice of youth at World Economic Forum events. Shapers are united by a common desire to channel the members’ tremendous energy and enthusiasm into building a more peaceful and inclusive world. -
Co-FounderQuantum Dynamics Feb 2015 - Feb 2019Córdoba, ArgentinaQuantum Dynamics is a tech-based startup currently incubated at the Incubadora de Empresas de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. We offer cloud-based software solutions to researchers all over the world, enabling the scientific community to perform accurate, fast calculations not having to count on computing resources of their own.
