Dynamic and positive, I’m passionate about my job and food Industry where I had the chance to deal with challenging and strategic roles worldwide. I like to achieve goals through teamwork, working hard on how to improve leadership skills. My academic studies in engineering, production Management and the experiences in lean manufacturing have shaped my analytical and performance-oriented mindset, whilst my attitude for interpersonal relationships has paved the way for a career that includes sales roles, customer and team performance management​.At the beginnings of 2015, I started an internship in the Italian plant of Roquette, a French company leader in Food, Pharma, and Industrial applications. During this internship, I took part at the first steps of the company in the application of Lean Manufacturing principles. After this, I had the opportunity to work for Mondeléz International, one of the food companies that apply lean principles in the most advanced way. As process engineer, my role was to run Focus Improvement projects in order to increase OEE across the different production lines and support the vertical startup of some new lines/products.It is thanks to my experience as technical sales engineer that I’ve improved my skills as speaker and negotiator, contributing to the development of the Italian and European market for Multiweigh, a German company specialized in packaging machines for food industry. Thanks to my role, I had the opportunity to visit hundreds of different food and pet-food plants across Italy and Europe.In September 2017 I had the opportunity to return in Roquette, but this time in the French headquarter in Lille. As global operation excellence leader, my role involved, on one hand the implementation of lean manufacturing across all the plants in the World and, on the other hand the training, support and coaching of green and black belt projects. Thanks to this role, I had also the opportunity to support 2 new plant's start-ups for plant based proteins, implementing the EEM principles and contributing to the achievement of the planned volumes, until being appointed as performance manager of one of them in Vic, France.Identified within the Roquette forward talent program, in 2021 I had the opportunity to switch to the other side of the business, taking on the role of sales account manager for food specialties in the EMEA area, with the ambition to increase my business management skills.This combination of operational and business experiences allowed me to take on the current strategic role of Global Product Line Manager
